The blog below was co-written for the Canadian Marketing Association to capture both client and data vendor perspectives about using data-driven insights during the COVID-19 pandemic.  

Writing from the perspective of the data vendor is Andrea Longman, Director of Account Management at Environics Analytics. Writing from the perspective of the CPG client is Anna Conte, Associate Director and Human Insights lead at Clorox Canada.

At Environics Analytics, Andrea helps clients solve their business challenges by employing best practices in analytics. This blog was written from Andrea’s perspective while working with clients to help them navigate the uncharted waters of operating during the COVID-19 pandemic and planning for recovery.
