As Senior Vice President and Practice Leader for the retail, real estate, travel and gaming sectors, Michele Sexsmith assists clients across those industries in leveraging omnichannel opportunities, from identifying the best sites for stores and e-commerce growth to developing the optimum media, marketing and asset mix for targeted consumers. She guides clients in a wide range of customized applications, such as customer and market analytics, forecasting sales, predictive analytics and customer journey analytics. Michele is an active member of the AI and Data Analytics Thought Leadership Council within the Canadian Research and Insights Council and has attained the Certified Analytics and Insights Professional of Canada designation. She is a member of the Canadian Research Group of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Chartered Marketer of the Canadian Marketing Association and on the Advisory Board of the post-graduate Research Analyst Program at Georgian College. With over 25 years of experience in geodemography and market research, Michele holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hamilton College and a master’s degree in education from Nipissing University.
