Oscar Zaragoza, Senior Consultant with Environics Analytics, shares how J. Richard Hill & Co., Retail Real Estate Advisors, used data and analytics to identify target retailers for Wai Kai Commercial Development's 235,000 square foot development in West Oahu, Hawaii. With no visitors to profile and an undefined consumer target, Environics Analytics recommended using mobile analytics to profile the customers visiting those retailers on the U.S. mainland. 

“This research gave us a level of information that put us on par with the research being done by prospective retailers,” said Hill. “It has allowed our leasing team to have meaningful, ongoing conversations with upscale and luxury retailers.”
