While the majority of his experience has been working with financial services companies across the banking, investment and insurance sectors, he has also worked closely with retailers, restaurants and automotive OEM’s. He is passionate about helping brands understand what is possible when they put the consumer at the center of their strategy. Mark is based in Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a marketing concentration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

Dave provides U.S. financial institutions—from national banks to credit unions—with strategic consulting on a wide variety of site location and analytics challenges. He joined the U.S. practice team after spending five years providing scalable and actionable insights to Canadian financial institutions, telecoms and insurers. Prior to Environics Analytics, he was a research officer at Parks Canada, where he was responsible for turning visitor data and travel and leisure trends into information the agency could use to improve their visitor experience. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and communications studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and completed the research analyst program at Georgian College.
