About Jessica Moore, Senior Vice President, Data Development

As Senior Vice President of Data Development at Environics Analytics (EA), Jessica leads a team of professionals responsible for the research & development, methodology, implementation, and quality assurance of EA's core data products—including DemoStats, PRIZM, and WealthScapes. Her leadership philosophy centers on authenticity and compassion while driving toward robust solutions in turn creating an environment where team members can grow and deliver work that they're proud of.

Before stepping into her current role, Jessica co-founded and led EA's Project Management Office (PMO) for several years, establishing the frameworks and processes that coordinate complex initiatives across the organization. During this time, she also inaugurated the software quality assurance team that supports EA's ENVISION SaaS application, building the foundation for product reliability that clients expect today.

Jessica began her career as a researcher on various social impact projects, using primary data to help organizations understand and improve their programs. Over her 12 years at EA, she has evolved from hands-on analysis to strategic leadership, always maintaining her commitment to rigorous methods and practical application. A lifelong learner, Jessica holds degrees and certifications from the University of Waterloo, University of Toronto, Humber College, and Georgian College.
