A seasoned executive, he has over 30 years of experience building relationships and leading complex technology, CRM and data initiatives for customers in the financial services, marketing, retail, loyalty, government and automotive sectors. Prior to joining EA, James held a Global role as Vice President of Data Strategy and Data Governance at The Marketing Store Worldwide. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), board member of TDWI (Transforming Data with Intelligence), and a member of the Canadian Marketing Association’s Privacy Committee, International Association of Privacy Professionals and Brock University, Centre for Business Analytics Advisory Committee.
