As Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, Susan Oliver develops corporate strategies to grow the organization and ensure its operating efficiency. She’s overseen initiatives to develop an employee handbook, update the contract review process, establish compensation policies and implement a new customer relationship management system. A veteran advertising and marketing executive, she’s served as an account director for Wunderman, a marketing and privacy officer at ICOM (now Epsilon) and the vice president of marketing and chief privacy officer at Cornerstone. In addition to earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and mass communications from York University, she holds a DMA Certified Marketing Professional designation. From 2011 to 2014, she served as chair of the Ethics and Privacy Committee of the Canadian Marketing Association.
