In Colliers' latest article, EA's FootFall tool was used to measure traffic volume across different retail categories
A recent report by commercial real estate firm Colliers indicates foot traffic in Canada is rising for most merchants, both month-over-month and since the beginning of 2024. By combining foot traffic with other data, analysts are able to look at consumer behaviours and demographics, to demonstrate where change is happening in Canadian retail.
