As the Senior Vice President of Innovation and Research & Development at Environics Analytics (EA), Peter Miron leads the development of new, transformative data products and solutions. Peter architects many of EA’s financial data and Big Data solutions, including ClickScapes, Consumer Buying Power, HouseholdSpend, MobileScapes, VisitorView and WealthScapes. He has over twenty years of experience in modelling population demographics and economic behaviours, in Canada and the United States to extract data-driven insights. Peter’s interdisciplinary background includes expertise in quantitative economics, cloud data architecture, financial analysis, mathematical optimization, micro-simulation, regional science, spatial modeling, big data, data engineering, data science, data governance and privacy and statistical techniques. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Spatial Analysis degree from the Toronto Metropolitan University.
