Technology Behavior Track Profiles

Claritas Technology Behavior Track Profiles enables users to locate consumers according to various behaviors associated with voice, data and video usage. Based on an online panel survey of approximately 32,000 recipients, the database contains more than 417 profiles that are grouped into five categories: wireline telecom, wireless telecom, cable and satellite, home office technology and service providers. Available for use with the PRIZM® Premier and ConneXions® segmentation systems, the profiles help marketers better understand their customers for acquisition and retention programs as well as channel management. Some profiles may also include consumption for specific behaviors across the segment, such as units consumed for a product or minutes used for a service plan.
