The database is derived from a national survey conducted by Ipsos of more than 16,000 respondents and developed with input from the nation’s largest financial institutions. MoneyMatters provides users with competitive insights around the household financial characteristics of Canadians, including their preferred banking channels and financial behaviours. With coverage of 1,304 variables, MoneyMatters offers key information on personal banking, investments, credit and insurance. Its data are measured at the postal code level and can be linked to PRIZM® for segment-based analysis.
