WealthScapes Daytime

WealthScapes Daytime combines key variables from DaytimePop and WealthScapes, including daytime population at work and at home, along with balances, contributions, incomes and values. It uses commuter flow and workplace data to account for both populations at a usual place of work and at home.

These DaytimePop ratios can be applied to WealthScapes variables to help teams better understand daytime demand for financial products and the spending power of an area during business hours.

How it’s used

  • Credit unions can use WealthScapes Daytime to analyze their customers and identify which branches serve higher at-work or at-home populations. These insights help branch managers tailor savings and investment services and identify opportunities for new locations.
  • Not-for-profit organizations can use WealthScapes Daytime to improve fundraising by identifying high-net-worth households in areas with higher at-home populations. This helps organizations focus outreach efforts on communities with greater donor potential and improve fundraising effectiveness. Full-service restaurants can use WealthScapes Daytime to determine the right banner or concept for a trade area based on daytime spending potential. It also helps inform the appropriate tier and size of a location based on population.
